my back pain was constant the night my water broke .. but like a dull pain .. I googled it as a symptom and a couple hours later, voila. lol

my listboom, been getting random lower back pains. Nothing constant yet and the cramping I think is just the baby getting into position I believe lol

I have that lately too! And cramping feeling .... My last pregnancy was almost 4 years ago and I can't really remember so I'm in the same boat as you lol....sitting at the dr right now waiting to get checked
