@mama.of.3., I took a natural birthing class and that what they said to do. also you can try the flashlight attempt too, playing music and holding it at the bottom of your belly, bouncing on a excerse ball ect. If you goggle it they can give you tips too. If it doesn't work atleast you can say u tried!
