this morning my bf and I were discussing the ciara and Russell Wilson situation..... if the biological dad is present In the child's life... is it OK for tbe child to call the new bf dad??? what do you think?

My personal opinion (don't get mad) if my so and I were to ever split up, but he was still there to help support his kids I wouldn't want my kids calling my boyfriend (whoever I'm with) dad.. I don't want my kids father to think he's being replaced 😕 or confuse my kids. But if my kids father decides to run off and leave us hanging and the boyfriend steps up then hey they can call the boyfriend dad if they want. You know what I mean? Just my opinion though 😊
I think it's okay..once they're married that's his "stepson" so he should be able to call him dad, unless the child is uncomfortable doing so.
