feels like im getting bad period cramps and alot of my plug is coming away is this normal?

I had the same thing a few days ago when I lost my plug Hun, I told my midwife and she said its just my body getting ready for labour. Message ur midwife if ur concerned at all though Hun and maybe time the contractions if you think they are really strong and frequent xx

Sorry Hun I didn't see your message. Well it feels different for everyone but the pain I feel radiates from my back, up my thighs and then across my tummie. My tummie goes really hard and I get period pains and sometimes waves of sickness and hot flushes 😳🙄 this is just me though lol X

i get hot flushes too and alot of back pain in the last couple of days.... this might be too much info but i get that pain were it feels like i need a number 2 / cramps if that makes sense @ceecee190 x

I think I know what u mean do u get shocks in ur bottom that sort of make u jump because of the pressure because I get that my @graciesmummy X

I also feel that In my vagina and today I have noticed that I have a lot of white watery discharge. I can literally feel when it comes out 😳 x

yea i get the shocks especially when im walking but its getting lower and i felt alot of plug come out in my knickers yesterday it felt like a bubble and around it was wet through @ceecee190 x

Have u spoke to ur midwife? Try wearing a pad from now on, that's what I'm doing because dependant on the colour underwear u wear u may not be able to assess what's going on better than if u wore a white pad X

i told her last time she just says its normal around this time so just gunna wait until i start getting bad pains or see any blood or if i seem to be wet al ring her x
