can any moms tell me if its normal for my 1 month and 1 week baby to sleep for 7 hours or longer straight?

My baby is 7 weeks and he started sleeping through the night (6-7 hours) a couple weeks ago. I asked his doctor about it and she seemed to think it's perfectly fine but if you're concerned just ask baby's pediatrician to be sure :)
