you know what I will never understand??
how girls can bitch and complain about how when their husband gets home from work & is tired. but yet you stay home all day, yes taking care of a child but you don't have to work? your husband is working to feed you and that baby you're taking care of. all the way down to the ointment you wipe on your babies butt, he's paying for. think about it ladies. it could be worse, you could be away from your kids and working too? the least you could do is clean the house while he's making all the money.

the thing is. I have everything in specific places, where he clearly knows. he comes home and destroys a house quicker than my 1 year old lol. exactly why I prefer to work and we both clean.

Even though I do all the house work and stuff, I take care of more than one. You're right though, and I agree. As I said I take care of three, with one on the way. I do a lot of the house work, amd all the cooking. He just has to spend time with the kids, amd take the trash when he goes to work.

I stay home and watch my daughter while my husband works. But we both clean even if he does 50+ hours a week. I never ask him to clean. He'll get off a 13 hour shift and just pick up things on his own. Or during his day off he'll volunteer to do laundry. Yes I do the most of the cleaning, cooking ect. but he doesn't believe I should do it all and watch our daughter. He doesn't care if he sleeps two hours he'll get up and do something but thats just my husband and what he believes.

I guarantee you'll feel differently after your baby is born. Yes, it's nice for your husband to come home to a clean house after work, but being a sahm isn't just sitting at home all day. You're working as well and when you have a newborn, your number one concern is not the housework.

AGREED! I'm a SAHM and I have the luxury of being able to go out to lunch or the mall or whatever. He doesn't get to do that stuff because he works everyday, even saturdays. Yes cooking and housework and taking care of baby are chores, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't be able to do the laundry or clean the bathroom or cook dinner when the man has been at work ALL day.
