umm so I've been having contractions bout every ten minutes, they aren't as painful. please tell me im not going into labor.?? i need advice should i go in? how long should i count them?

call the labor and delivery at your hospital and speak to a nurse.

you should worry when they are 2-3 minutes apart and lasting 20 seconds or more. until then, drink a lot of water and lay down. sometimes it happens because of dehydration. if you go to the hospital, chances are they will monitor you and have you drink water. good luck!!! 💕💕

If they're not painful hopefully it's just Braxton hicks contraction. Drink lots of water and lie down!

so they said i was a bit dehydrated. they checked my cervix and im at 1cm.
