my doc told me to walk and have sex to induce labor but I have no energy or urge to walk or have sex…

I also got told that today along with nipple stimulation, roll your nipples between your thumb and fore finger or you can use a breast pump, this may be tmi lol but also if you don't have energy to have sex have your significant other maturbate and when he's ready to cum have him put it inside you because it's the sperm that helps your cervix...all this info is what my dr told me today lol

lol my Dr told me to walk and have sex too.. I just spent the last 45 mins walking around the pits while my husband and and boys fished now imma go home if I can ever get them in the car and take a shower and molest my husband though doubt he will mind lol....

in orange juice after my last visit they did an exam I forgot what they called it but it helped a little.. then the doc said try castor oil straight or with orange juice.. it was disgusting but it made the contractions start coming closer by the time I went to bed at 12, I tried to sleep through them lol it didn't work. ask your doctor though

Castor oil can cause babies to have bowel movements in the amniotic sac. They can ingest that meconium and get very sick. I've seen babies have to get surgery shortly after birth to essentially siphon contaminated amniotic fluid and meconium out of their lungs.
