I throw up every time I take my prenatals. I'm at the point I just don't want to take them because…

me too. i bought some gummy prenatals and folic acid on the side. .and have to still wash the gummy down with orange juice or else i feel like it's going to come back up.

Try a different kind!

Make sure you have a full stomach and I would take them at night. Last night I didnt have a full stomach and I had to try hard not to throw up

at my next appt I'm going to ask my Dr to prescribe me some. @shananaginsx At the beginning of my pregnancy I tried gummies but I had to swap to pills @goldhippie

I take 2 flinstones chewables. They work the same.

I was the same way. Found out, to much artificial iron was causing it. My doctor prescribed me vitafol nano prenatals and they never made me sick! They only have 18mg of iron compared to others that have over 25mg. They made a huge difference

She gives these to women in their first trimester. Being a lot of women get sick from their prenatals in the first trimester. Only downside is they don't have DHA in them. So I just take a plain non fish DHA pill with it. The prenatals are also the size of a birth control pill. They're teeny tiny.

Try flintstone vitamins with iron ! I couldn't keep any prenatal gummies . With the flintstone you gotta take one early in the day and one in the evening .

No let your stomach settle like wait 30-45 min then do it
