I put anything we need basically lol, besides clothes(I assumed that's a given). We did put one thing of diapers and wipes of the brand we want, but I'm not due until November and what we buy ourselves between now and our baby shower, I can easily take off the registry :)
Most places it's best to put everything on your registry. I know at target and toys r us, after a certain date everything left on your registry is like 15% off. So I put literally everything I would buy on there.
