im due in 3 days! ive herd it can be bad to do those things, they can reduce babys heartbeat! just stay active mama!

My cousin induced her own labor with nipple stimulation with a couple of her kids. But my doctor warned me to stay far far away from it because it can make your labor come on too strong and cause stress for the baby.
