Time the pains. They could be contractions if they seem to have a pattern. Feel your belly too, if all of your belly (uterus) is hard -then it is contractions. It could just be your baby dropping lower into your pelvis or laying on a nerve though. Take a Tylenol, drink water, lay down or walk around some and see if it continues.
