1/2 cup whole milk and 1/2 cup of pure orange @syrennajade and yes @briony1994 if it doesnt work tonight but gonna add a good bonk into the mixture see if that helps. lil man is moving around alot since taking it so fingers crossed xx

That sounds horrible but I'm interested to see if it works for you! Does it have to be mixed or could you drink half a cup of milk and half a cup of orange straight after? xx
