can contractions (bh or real) make you fart? I swear every time my belly gets tight, i have a period…

Perhaps you're just a bit gassy and the motions you're going through (whether bh or contractions) kinda push it out. Lol. I was in labor for 3 days with my first, and didn't eat or drink much for the entire week. So I wasn't having gas or bowel movements like at all.

I think it can be tough to decipher between bad gas and contractions sometimes. I always know if I fart at the end it's bad gas lol

If you usually get gassy every so often, then it's way normal. Your body is going through some crazy times as it is being pregnant. d:

true! i think in my head because I'm so close and so ready to meet him I'm anticipating contractions and hoping that labor is near. this is my first baby

I thought I was gassy when I was in labor with my first. Went in for my NST and it turned out to be early contractions hahaha

I had plenty of BH before that but this felt like gas pains. When she told me I was having contractions every few minutes I asked her if she was sure because I thought I was just gassy haha I went out to eat with friends after because they were not getting closer, started bleeding heavily, went back in, everything was okay but they wanted me back the next day....which is when I ended up having him. 40 weeks 1 day :)

wow. i always have gas pains but they aren't consistent like at all. some days ill have one. every labor really is different! @showersoverflowers
