I'm going to be honest you can't always tell because some people do have pretty regular and painful Braxton Hicks that happened to me with my last baby and I ended up having to pull him out myself because I walked into the hospital 15 minutes before he came out because I thought I was having braxton-hicks at home for like two and a half hours

I'm seriously freaking out and I will be in the hospital at the very first sign of labor this time lol

Lol oh you'll know! I kept thinking mine were BH, but nope they are much more stronger and they go away after a few mins then come back. BH went away after like half hour and didn't come back
