I was so nervous right up until the very end. The last few weeks were just a mix of emotions because I was so ready for her to be in my arms, and nervous because delivery honestly scared the shit out of me. I had a very difficult labor personally because I was induced and my body didn't react well to either medication, but I'm sure had she come naturally it would have been much much easier. Trust me though when I say that your body will know what to do! When it was time to start pushing, I just knew right away. The nurses were so nonchalant that they wouldn't even check me until I threw a fit and sure enough, I was right! Adrenaline starts to take over and you just focus solely on getting that baby out and once you do, it's like "oh my God. I actually did that." It's the most amazing feeling, and all those nerves and jitters just fuel into the Adrenaline once baby's ready to come out!

Yeah... Everyone keeps telling me when it's time my body will know what to do & at the point I will too .. Idk I guess with this being the first pregnancy I'm just afraid of the unknown lol but thank u, u made me feel better 🙂 @katarama

I was so terrified to give birth I ended up having to go see a psychiatrist during my pregnancy. I had a great pregnancy too! Complication free. I ended up having to get induced (one of my biggest worries) and I had a super long but virtually painless labor that ended in a c section. As scared as I was to give birth it really wasn't so bad!

By the time I got induced I was over 2 weeks late so I was so ready to meet him.

I was too! until I settled my mind, watched some inspiring stories and changed my perception from crap this is going to kill my body to it's an amazing blessing and right of passage.
