Midwide appointment this morning! Hoping she can perform a sweep & that it kickstarts things off 🤗 although I've read so many stories of them not working, has anyone had just the one sweep and gone into labour fairly soon after? I'm only 40+1 but I hate the thought of having to wait another week or 2 😤

I did my waters went 12 hours after she done it I had no signs or pains just got up after a wee and it gushed out xx

I was 5 days over but I didn't go into labour naturally I had to be induced the following night and he wouldn't budge xx

@holliesinead, I really scared I'm gunna go the full 2 weeks and need to be induced, hopefully sweep works xx
