When I'm sad and complain about being tired and in pain and people laugh or shrug if off saying "that's just part of pregnancy" or "oh just wait!"

I didn't know my feelings didn't need to be validated. I forgot I'm supposed to put on my happy face for the entire 40 weeks of pregnancy and never complain.
