Gonna be such a long night tonight with Tinley. It's almost 1am. We have to be up and out the door by 7 to make it to my moms doctor appointment on time, but she's so cranky from her shot today. She won't eat, I've changed her, bathed her, gave her Tylenol, I've tried everything but nothing is working. My mom just sits there and watches me cry because nothing is working for Tinley and won't even offer to help me. && I still have yet to be able to take a shower because apparently it's the end of the world if I ask someone for help. 😢😢😢
