Is it possible for you to start having braxton hicks as early as 20 weeks ever since I hit that mark I have been having these sharp pains, my stomach gets tight, and my butt hole starts to hurt (tmi)?????

Yes it's possible, drink a lot a water, sometimes they happen when you're dehydrated, feel better 😘😘

VERY.. this is bby #6 for me.. so that prob has somethin to do with it.. i told my dr about it yesterday n he looked at me weird n basically said i shouldnt b feeling them this early... n didnt believe me.. but i know what im feelin.. thankfully ill b starting progesterone shots at 16 wks.. Thatll make me feel a lil bit better..
