Cervical mucus changes with fluctuations in hormones (e.g. oestrogen). I guess what I'm wondering is if it's normal to have a lot where it dangles down like snot? And since it looked like ewcm would that mean I just passed ovulation or if I am gonna be ovulating soon and need to do the deed asap? @starliightt

Ewcm is what you wanna be looking for, it means your highly fertile, which means you're probably ovulating. Also yes that's normal.
