i've always read that BH were supposed to be painless, but i see so many moms on here saying theirs…

well women who have had more than one baby have more pronounced BH. simply because the muscles more relaxed

it depends on how strong they are and the position of their uterus

They should be more uncomfortable rather than painful

my midwife told me my last appt that BH contractions can feel like real contractions or period cramps usually and that everyone is different .

@firsttimemommy13, youre so close to meeting your LO though !@princesssskxo, @mimiz @momof5lovebugs i'm just glad i havent had them because i'd be the lucky person to get painful ones, but that also makes me more nervous for real contractions since i havent had any pain or BH
