Prayers. A lot of apartments will prove almost anyone, just if your credit score isn't what they "want" they will just have you pay a little more for down payment. (That's what my apartments told us when we applied)
Yes, we're young parents and are able to afford an apartment were just starting to build credit and we don't have a cosigner. But this amazing woman showed us this apartment and she believes everyone deserves a chance especially at our situation. She did say it may be risky but she wants to help us. We told her we have the deposit and application money on hand right now so fingers crossed we get approved!!

I think it's a privately owned apartment I don't know the name but it's behind Kmart in a way! It's a nice quiet building its perfect for a family!
