I'm not entirely sure but I had a reaction to steroid injections they gave me and my ankles and legs swelled like that. I massaged them and put a cold cloth over them. it didn't get rid of it completely but it did help

i didn't have anything. this is just from being awake and up and down idk

elevate them def when u lay down or go to bed, soak them In hot water Epsom salt♡ the eucalyptus scented bag

i have them up now and i had them up last night and nothing. maybe its just normal
