Heck no you should definitely call!! I've called on my only family because that's just crazy and uncalled for. My 4 and 5 year old cousin know what a pipe and bong are and now what goes in there and how they work. 😞

Wow that's messed up! I would call! What if while your child is there someone does a drive by and your child gets hurt?? No way I would call in a heart beat or stay the hell away for good!
