Bought my son goats milk instead of regular cows milk this time. I heard nothing but good things…

My son has major issues with cows milk. So his doctor suggested trying lactose-free milk and it was a life change for my son! He isn't gassy anymore, stomach isn't upset, and he's still getting the fats that he needs. Have you tried that instead of changing? I don't know the reasoning why you're changing so don't think I'm judging you lol I just thought I'd give you another idea ☺️☺️

When switching my son he couldn't digest cows milk at first so I had him on almond and he liked it

I changed it bc my sons poop is semi hard. I had him on 2% milk be he's sensitive. I heard that goats milk has more nutrients than cows milk plus it's easier to digest for babies 😊 @valerie_jean oh yea I know you're not judging , I just haven't seen organic lactose free milk yet or else I would get it 😞

@karnamarie, wow! I wish my son likes flavor lol. My sons doesn't like his milk to have any flavor or he won't drink it lol

My son is sensitive too. Since he was like 6 weeks old he had been on Similac sensitive and then when he turned one I tried giving him whole milk. He cried and cried and screamed. When I stopped he didn't cry or scream. So I tried lactose free and bam! Happy baby. My son has also had pooping issues since day 1 too. His doctor suggested miralax everyday and that has helped soooo much.

Supposedly it's very close to breast milk, and easy to digest

@erikaandelijah he liked the plain and chocolate. Drank the chocolate every morning till he was 3 and realized it wasn't "real" chocolate milk
