sorry if tmi...I'm about 23 weeks ... had a bit of a constipated poo this morn... felt like I needed one all day have taken fybo gel, hot bath, fruit juice, tons of water (im bringing 50% of fluids back up) walking, everything I can think of and have a severe pain my lower left side everytime I move, even my legs I'm in agony. any ideas or others experienced this, I've been pretty much bed bound all day and pain is unbearable x
