Has anyone gone to the dentist while 6 months pregnant? Did they do x-rays?

they aren't supposed to do xrays while pregnant that's why they ask if ur pregnant.

Ur technically not suppose to get x rays done while pregnant but theres mom that do depending what kind of X rays. So I personally wouldn't get them done even with a doctors note thats just me I don't want to put my child in any danger. @arianaserenaa

@smb_mommy, @kathy218 oh wow I never knew that. I'm 20 and I still go to a pediatric dentist 😂 so will they still be able to clean my teeth even if I can't do x-rays?

It's okay not to know. Good thing ur asking but I'd give ur dentist office a call & tell them ur pregnant & see what they tell you. @arianaserenaa

yeah! you'll just have to wait til after you have your baby to do xrays

@kathy218, I told them when I called to make the appointment and the lady was like we may not be able to do the X-rays

@arianaserenaa, yea they just covered my tummy really with the best they use.

I got X-rays done while pregnant. They just put 2 of those covers on me. But my dental office will also only do the bare minimum amount of X-rays needed
