My ex just told I need to stop giving my son so much milk and juice because he will get cavities. I actually just got done telling him NEVER to give him juice unless it's diluted 90:10 and as far as milk goes... He gets 3 glasses a day. He still insists it's too much... How are you alive?

I give my 1 year old juice but a 90/10. But his father gives half and half.

Hahaha okay the kicker is he is a nurse. I did help him get there quite a bit because he refused to work while in school so I had to drop out to provide for my little guy. (long story there) But yeah I was like listen, I know this is new to you but I assure you 3 glasses of milk and one juice diluted to that extent will not hurt his chompers. He just told me the other day he doesn't brush his teeth when he has him... like whhhattt. stop.

the one time it will hurt his teeth is if you're giving it to him at night time and the juice sits on his teeth and you never brush them. that's when it sits and rots his teeth.

@nichole_lynn, exactly. I told him not to even let him take his cup to bed. He told me he only let's him have 1 cup of milk a day and never gives him juice. Which is a blatant lie because he didn't even know the word juice until after visits with him started
