I do c a chiropractor 3 days a week already. He told me to call my ob and find out if it would b ok for me to use biofreeze on my back so I'm waiting for them to call me back. I over did it Sunday taking my kids to the carnival here but I've got the fair in August too and I don't want my kids to feel like they can't do nothing this summer just cause I am pregnant we don't really have a whole lot to do here and want to make sure they still get to have their normal summer fun @tlw1596

I understand that... did you just start seeing the chiropractor? I know right around 17 weeks I couldn't walk, I could barely sit, and I couldn't sleep or lie down. It took about three weeks of chiropractors visits to lessen up

Yeah, I had that problem at first too. It was so easy to keep throwing it out and needing it aligned again. hopefully it goes away for you soon

I'm hoping so too. Thank goodness for teenagers who can help out some with the Lil ones otherwise I'd probably never make it right now @tlw1596

no I haven't. I sleep alone at night cause my bf works 3rd shift so I just use his pillows when he's not home. I'll probably have to invest in one soon though. I'm just trying to not spend a whole lot on this pregnancy cause it's for sure my last and my last one was 9 years ago

I had sciatic nerve pain pretty much my whole pregnancy. Look up "sciatic nerve stretches for pregnancy" online, I found a couple stretches that really helped ease the pain
