Can't wait until this shot is FULLY out my system. it's seriously horrible & im never doing birth…

I haven't been on birth control in 9 years. I just use condoms and they have worked just fine. We got pregnant when we wanted to. No surprises. Birth control made me crazy, so, I just took myself off it.

Did you get the Depo? The depo mess me up mentally and physically. I was bipolar and gained so much weight. It's really hard trying to lose the weight I gained from it. I'm just now starting to feel normal and I got the shot in January

@blessed_mom, yes I got the depo and same! I'm like literally crazy and bipolar and my moods are so up and down and along with pregnancy symptoms. I HATE IT! I'm glad you stopped it also, it's literally unhealthy

@jennatess yeah that's the only I'm scared of is the condom breaking or something. But we're going to use condoms and pull out with the condom as well so there's no accidents! and yes it made me crazy too, defiantly never doing that again

What helped me was walking and I gradually started jogging. I also took organic apple cider vinegar shots in the mornings it helps with getting that cloudy feeling.

@blessed_mom i workout and do a lot of cardio that's been helping ALOT and I'll have to try the drink. thank you so much!! hopefully its out my system soon
