So if I've had like maybe 10 contractions in the last hour what do I need to do? They aren't consistent. 10 min apart, then 8, then 5, then 3, then 10 again, then 18. (Missing some because I didn't time them)

mm drink a lot of water.. i was contracting all day went in. they said i was dehydrated.. and at 2 cm.. but then 3 ours later i returned in active labor ..
