😪 my OH keeps trying to be intimate (not sex as I still have stitches) and I just can't! I've lost my confidence completely and the thought of doing stuff to him terrifies me 😣 I use to be quite confident sexually and knew how to please a guy ect but now I feel like I have no idea and it just scares me so much 😕 is this normal after having a baby??

Yes I believe it is completely normal as your hormones are all over the place after birth and your baby has been through a lot. Try taking to him about it if he is an understanding person. I know that man do not always understand as they have not got the same hormones and having been through the labour. It took me a little while too to get back in the swing of it all but it does get easier with time. Xx
