Dilation can happen within minutes but I started dilating at 36 weeks and still went to 41 weeks. It happens when it happens :)

Welcome! Don't get too discourage though! Some women can dilate all 10cm in just hours so you could still go into labor before then!

I never dilated I just went straight into labor at 40 weeks

@mrsb78, I felt down seriously b/c when she checked me it hurt and I said to myself I can't do this 😢😩 but Ima pray and I know God will bring me through this.

i went from a finger tip to 2 cm on july 7th and when into labor 4 hours later lol

i went in the night b4 but was only 2 cm, dehydrated so they gave me an iv and left around 2 am. as soon as i got home the contractions got worse.. went to the hospital at 7 am and gave birth at 1134 am lol
