I just went back last week. it's hard bc also my hours aren't the normal 9-5 but it's an adjustment just taking it day by day without being with my son.

well my husband watches him bc of our different work schedules so it works out. but I know I'll miss out on a lot of firsts. who's going to watch your baby? when u go back.

I had to do it. we are not fortunate enough for me to stay home full time.. it was hard the 1st weeks but it got better. you gotta Do what you gotta do tho

i plan on working 3 days a week only. my husband works 4 10s so he will watch her when i work. ot will be a major pay cut but at least i get to be with her most of the time.
