I think it's cute when parents do birthday parties when their baby's turn 1..
It's true it's their first one ever, but why spend so much money on entertainment, food and all that when they're not going to be able to remember..
So Me personally I'm not planning on doing one for Eli BUT, I think it will be more of a celebration for us, my husband and me for being parents a whole year, a year of having to take care of little person, protecting, feeding, playing etc, It has been such a rough year.. and we have more to come, and we are really excited about it, but for now we will just enjoy this❤

wow @eryka616 😂😂 that's great like I said I still think is cute when other parents do it, I love going to bday parties. we just don't have that much money to spend on a party my son will never be able to remember 🤔
we will, but if the party is gonna be his than what's the point.. just a couple of friends, if they want to give him some gifts awesome! if not it'll still be great, we just want to have a nice time.. with lots of alcohol 😂😂😂

@elismommy428, Aww that's cute lol i feel you since me an my husband got back alot on our income tax we said why not we did it super big spending about almost 1500 we even got to record the whole thing in a video camera to show our little papi when he gets older it sure is a special day tho
