I have never had a stress test with any of my three kids

it's easy you just go in and they hook you up to 2 monitors 1 for contractions 1 to monitor baby's heartbeat. then you just sit or lay there and is over in 20 minutes add long as your baby cooperates

@babygirl71716, do they do the stress test at dr offices? or do they send u to the hospital to get it done ? my baby is really stubborn 😳

They do them at the doctors office. Try eating something sweet before going in! My baby is stubborn too and I hate being on my back too long!

Yeah I lose my breath and I get terrible back aches after! So I learned the hard way to wake up baby before the test starts so I wouldn't be on my back for too long!

@mommy_of_two1994, they can do them at both places it depends. my ob is located inside the hospital. and you don't have to lay on your back. they should allow you on your side if your required to lay down. it should be all about your comfort.

I started get stress test at 35 weeks until I was induced. They hook you up to a monitor. It measures your contractions and baby's heart rate. Then they hand you a button everytime baby moves you push it thats it. My doctor kept me on for 20 minutes if everything was ok. Longest I was left on wawa for an 80 minutes. Sometimes they gave me a lollipop or juice to get my baby moving.
