I felt the same way while I was pregnant I went 4 or 5 times for reduced movement .. Trust me the midwives would rather check you over than you ignore it and something happens .. Xx

I don't want to upset you but if you think your babies movement has changed you need to see someone. It's better to get it checked and be nothing rather than not and be something. Please take that from someone that knows

Increased movement is just as worrying as decreased movement, ring your mw and see what she says

If you're worried ring the midwife or go to the hospital xx
