My question to you all is who has used a maternity belt? I am having bad back pain at night and I was wondering if that would help a. my posture b. the pain c. support the baby/belly.

it lifts the belly up alittle so it doesn't weigh u down so much and when u take it off eventually u really feel better. it helps alot. I suffered alot with back pain.

I have a belly bend it works great but you shouldn't wear it for more than 2-3 hours at a time bc if can cut off circulation .
