@emmysmommy, it's so hard I try not to cry every time I leave but I need to rest to so I can take care of her. 4 days after I had her and she is doing amazing! I got really sick I got preeclampsia so they had to induce me it was really bad.
Emmalyn was full term but my body had a hard time laboring with her that she got stressed out and pooped in my placenta, so when she was born she swallowed about 5 oz of meconium (poop) which put her in the NICU for 16 days. I know the feeling, but you need to be able to work on you and heal yourself before she comes home. It's okay to cry. It's very hard, but let me tell you this, my love for her is 10 times stronger. I see that she is in the big girl bed, that means she will be coming home soon!
