my left ankle and hip hurt so bad at night I can't get to sleep..my ankle more then anything. I try everything I can think of... I take bathes, I ice it, take Tylenol, elevate it, I stopped drinking caffeine, upped my water in take... I'm out of ideas. any suggestions? I plan on messaging my doctor tomorrow. I don't know what they will say that can help but hopefully something. its not swelling at all. just hurts so so bad..
