who all is having boy's? I am debating on circumcision and need advice people say it's worse to do…

I'm doing it because it's a lot more likely of infection if you don't. also he won't remember it. and a lot of men are enbarrassed if they don't get it and end up doing it when their older which is extremely painful

I have a boy. I decided against it I thought the pain was unnecessary and his father isn't circumsized so he can teach him how to take care of it.

im having a boy . hes getting circumsized . i dont see anything wrong with not doing it either . we just feel its cleaner . i dont have a penis so i let my fiancé make the decision on that one . to each their own tho ! its your decision in the end ☺️

And infection can happen whether they are circumsized are not. If its not done properly it can get infected. Do as much research as possible

I have done it & will do it again with my second son . Just because of what @kaidens_mommy said . Infections & embarrassment. An uncircumcised penis looks weird . Plus you'll have to teach him different ways to clean himself as he gets older . He can develop odor & everything else down there .

like @kaidens_mommy , @cubanese , and @xoxoalexusss said . they dont remember it . and the risk of infection is way lower than an uncircumcised penis . i left the decision up to my fiancé because he has the male parts and he said its cleaner and he is circumsized and wouldnt really feel comfortable teaching him how to properly clean it when he got older . its totally up to you and we did research and you should as well !

i had my son circumcised and he had no problems at all. all you have to do is put petroleum jelly on it each time you change him its not hard to keep clean. it was completely healed like last week and he will be a month Wednesday

My son cried more when they cleaned and prepped the area than during the procedure. My best advice is ask around who does it and the reviews on them. I prefer the bell procedure but I know not all physicians practice it. Cleaning and caring for it is very easy. You'll do fine momma :)

Also, research is going to give you the same answers on why doing it vs not doing are the best. I stopped the research and went to real life. I know a handful of men uncircumcised that really wish they were and based on that and my husbands adamant decision we would, I knew for sure I would.

I say get it done think about when he's older if your man is circumcised then he should be too

I did it for the reasons listed above. My son only cried when they prepped him, during the actual procedure, he didn't cry and was totally fine afterwards. I'm doing it with this one too

I dated a guy a while back that wasn't circumcised and he was embarrassed about it. And told me his mom didn't want to put him through the pain of doing it. He said it causes him a lot of problems. And he had a lot of pain sexually with it also. He wishes his mother would have had it done. If I were having a boy I would have it done. He would thank me later! Good luck!

@clothdiapermomma, you really need to leave this girl alone. You don't need to be rude and try to sway her opinion to believe as you do simply because that's your belief. I have 3 boys, they are ALL circumcised, and none of them remember it. Neither does my husband remember having it done..I saved them from a lifetime of penis infections and etc. Sorry, not sorry for making sure my son's had the procedure done as babies, so they wouldn't have to grow up and have it done as grown men when they will remember it all and the healing time is much longer.
