Did anyone get the depo shot after you had your baby and bleed for months after?? I'm looking into it because I don't really want something put in my vagina or my arm, and I'm to forgetful with a pill (hints the LO in my belly now) 😂 I'm just scared I'm going to bleed for a long time but I don't want no more babies right now!!

I got the shot once..gained 30 lbs and bless for like 3 months straight
I will never get depo, I know 2 girls that got pregnant off it and both of them lost their babies around 20 weeks because of the depos effect on their heart development
I got it when I was in high school and bled for nine months straight. I finally told them I did not want it anymore! 1% of people have that exact reaction.
it was horrible for me I gained 50lbs and couldn't handle the symptoms, I got the paraguard and it was amazing no issue for 7 yrs, had it removed and now after 5 months of periods I'm pregnant
I've been taking the depo since i was 18. I took it after i had my daughter only bleed for 1 month but it messes with my period.
My friend Karolee and her sister did and they bled forever she told me not to get it!
When I got off the shot because of the side effects omg like a month or 2 later I had the worst period EVER... I only had 3 shots... ugh it regret that shot lol.
I believe depo is what caused my endometriosis. plus I couldn't sit on the side I got it for two weeks and forget sex during those two weeks. plus constant bleeding. I loved the nuvaring. sure it was weird at first but never bled no spotting and I've always constantly bled or had spotting with every other type of birth control
I had allllll the bad symptoms and bled for 4 months straight. I got off that as fast as I could lol.
Girl, I didn't bleed, but I sure had every other symptom in the book lol... ugh it tore me up!!!! lol...
