I do I notice what help it's if its the two piece one putting it under your bump makes it easier

@pure_imagination, it's a 3 piece one. the front piece, back piece and a piece that goes over your bump. it's helping take the pressure off and my hips don't hurt. but little man is kicking like crazy

@themommaoffour, that's the one I have I wear mine all the time he moves a lot regardless for me. I have to wear it because I nerves that are ruined in my back from lacrosse

@pure_imagination, my midwife said mines the cartilage in my pelvis is weak from carrying babies so close together. She said it can separate a little bit and cause lots and lots of pain. it is amazing how well it actually works
