@babes101116, are the back pains I'm feeling contractions? I'm so confused I'm a FTM but some people tell me it's an intense cramping pain in your lower abdomen and some say it's a discomforting pain in your lower back..

when i had back labor it was like a constand dull aching pain.

@korahleah_11, that's what I'm feeling. And it's in my lower back. Then I get a bad tightening pain in my abdomen
