My placenta ended up rupturing at 35 weeks i felt a pop in my stomach and gush of blood just came out so much blood ..baby was born at 4lbs 😳.. i had a emergency C-section

I had two early births at 33 weeks both and were born at 4ib 3oz and they were healthy just small

@meli2890 that sounds so scary! when you had your emergency csection did they let anyone else come in the room with you? how did it feel for you and how's baby now?

I had an emergency c section at 37 weeks 3 days. Elliot's cord was wrapped around his neck and his heart rate was dropping. They tried to hold off as long as they could since I ate breakfast, but as they were monitoring me his heart rate kept dropping, so they took us back.

Elliot's a healthy 7 month old! It was scary, they let me and my fiance walk to the operating room, before I went back they prepped me and the anesthesiologist came and talked to us. I went into the operating room first, they gave me my spinal and then let my fiance in once I was numb. Once E was out they put me to sleep and stitched me back up

yea just my husband they only allow one person... oh he's 6 now.. I just had my 2nd child Tuesday.. full term really thought I was gonna go through that again

@vb95, beautiful! so you got to hear the baby's first cry right? and we're you at Kaiser by chance? they're telling me if I have an emergency csection nobody can come in, not even my partner. it doesn't sound right to me

@meli2890, at the Kaiser I'm at they're telling me if I have an emergency one that nobody can be in the room. that's good! I don't want my son to come early but I want to know that he'll be ok if he does come. im only 25 and 4

Yes I got to hear his first cry! It was more like a squeal and then a cry lol it was adorable. They took him to get cleaned off, swaddled him and then let my fiance hold him and bring him over to me so I could see him. Kaiser?? I delivered in Odessa Texas, and I know every hospital has their different policies but everyone that I've known that's had a c section and from my experience 1 person is allowed to go back there with you, even if it's an emergency c section @eegrnr

@vb95, ok good! I don't want to be drugged up too badly to where I can't hear my baby's first cry or squeal or whatever lol. and yes they're scaring me to shits saying I have to be alone. I want someone there atleast

I had three csections and about ti have another one.. Its not bad at all
