At times I feel like my mom is so selfish. It's ridiculous..... My daughter who is 6 wants to go to the movies and she barely gets to see her basically just told her NO she don't want to go to the movies with her cause she not a movie person. ....... Am I wrong for feeling this way!!!!

not everyone is meant to be a motherly or grandmotherly, i know from experience s with my own mother.I 've seen plenty of army,military, cartoon movies with my sons , I've sat on the floor with them and played cars when they were little, We can learn to be better mothers than the ones we have

I just felt like even if you don't want to or it's not your thing. That's your grandchild and you could at least sit threw a movie for her. @nygirl3rdbabymiami

I know all to well about this... I see other grandma's spend time with their grands n stuff but my mom ain't with it either and makes me upset and hurts my feelings at times but hey I will be a good granny to mine when I get them

or love how some grandparents want many pics of the babies just to keep in their wallet and house like playing grandparents of yr but, don't *spend real time with them*
