I made mine by putting butter on first then mayo then parmesan cheese and sprinkled chilli powder on it I'm sure some people may make them differently but if you goggle it there's a lot of different recipes @mommyblessed22

It's elote con queso .. Basically you boil the corn .. Add mayo and sprinkle cheese all over it .. You can also add chili powder or chili sauce .. Whatever you prefer .. This is basically a snack for us Mexicans.. Lol eat them all the time ..
