Okay so I would like two to three children and my husband is like lets do it. I would like my children to be a year to two years apart and he's all for it. Well now my MIL is like you only need one child and if you have two then they should be like 4 or 5 years apart. So now my husband is like I don't want to piss her off and is trying to change our plans. Like really. Plus him mom has told him I'm to immature and to young to be raising her grandchild. Really bitch your son and I are both 20 and have been married for two years

I feel children that are 4+ years apart aren't as close. When I do have another I want the next one to come around or before this baby turns 3.

you guys are still young and have plenty of time to have more kids. my kids will be 4 years apart. I feel like even 3 is a good gap bc your oldest will be out of diapers probably in school and more independent. my son can help me out now. he's very attached to me but I feel like I gave him enough time of just us 2 you know. I feel like that is what is more important giving your kids plenty of time without sharing. and also you'll find more time to spend with your partner when you have one kid. once he others comes it might be harder. in the end you shouldn't allow anyone to persuade you. whatever makes the 2 of you happy is what should happen

my kids are 17 months apart. my oldest she's 20 months to be exact and my youngest is almost 3 months its so amazing the bond they have. dont let your mil tell you when your ready to grow your family. If you feel ready then go for it:) i love how my kids are so close even though Emmett is young Keira loves him she helps with diaper changes, dressing him and she even pats his back after eating sometimes. and everytime Keira talks to him he gets a big smile. :)
