What's a contraction feel like?

@fostkelz, for me my stomach is getting very hard and can't breathe and I'm getting back pain as well. Friday my doctor told me I was having a contraction and I didn't feel them til now

I was just trying to get a glimpse of it. I think I've had one before of several but I'm unsure lol wanna be prepared for when I do @jovromero
